Processing technology of acrylic sheet

① 鋳造成形

有機ガラスのシートやロッドなどの異形材を成形するのに注型成形が用いられ、塊状重合法により異形材が成形されます。

②射出成形

Injection molding uses granular materials produced by suspension polymerization and is carried out on ordinary plunger or screw injection molding machines.

③押出成形

Polymethyl methacrylate can also be extruded to produce organic glass sheets, rods, pipes, sheets, etc. using suspended polymerization particles. Its advantage is high production efficiency, especially for pipes and other profiles that are difficult to manufacture using casting molds.

④熱間成形

熱成形は、さまざまなサイズや形状の有機ガラス シートを製品に製造するプロセスです。原料を必要な大きさに切断し、金型枠に固定し、加熱して軟化させた後、金型表面に密着させて金型表面と同じ形状にします。冷却して成形した後、エッジをトリミングして製品が得られます。
